He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick S. Marks and Evelyn Page Davis Marks; and his brother Frederick Shelley Marks, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca "Becky" Bradford Williamson Marks of Sharps; his children, Edward Davis "Ted" Marks, Jr. (Betsie) of South Port and Maria Bradford Marks of Kensington, Maryland; and his sister Catherine Marks Howell of St. Augustine, Florida..
