He is survived by: his wife Charlotte McNeil Phoenix; his children, Christy, Patrick (Chris) and AJ Phoenix (Jessica); his grandchildren, Cody Bower (Laiken), Brandon Kingery, Brantley Patrick, Mason Phoenix and Layla Patrick; his great grandchild Oaklyn Bower; his siblings, Tony Phoenix (Dorothy), Martha Grady (Bill), Bruce Phoenix and Lynn Phoenix (Brandi); and his pet Magnum. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, longtime friends.
