He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Hall and Mary Helen "Rucker" Hall; his sons, Danny Hall and Mark Hall; and his siblings, Cecil Hall, Kay Glenn, Terry Gillison, Roger Hall and Jackie Gillison.
He is survived by: his wife Carrie "Haines" Hall; his daughters, Mary Hall and Karen Cubbage; and his siblings, Mary Haines, Patricia Haines, Roy Hall and Sandra Hall. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mercy Seat Church (200 Tanyard Bridge Rd, Elkton, VA 22827).
