She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Sr. Purdham and Lena Martin Purdham; her husband Clifton Franklin Meadows; and her siblings, Wilbur Purdham, Jr., Joseph Purdham, Bobby Purdham and Dorothy Purdham.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Hammer (Timmy) and Jana Painter; and her grandchildren, Danika Hammer and Ethan Hammer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
