He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Hensley (Tammie) of Elkton and David Hensley (Monica) of Elkton; his siblings, Teddy Hensley of Elkton and Barbara "Ann" Meadows of Elkton; his grandchildren, Alayna and Sydney Hensley; his close friend Mimi McCoy; his friend Kay Hensley; and his nephew Roger "Little Rog" Meadows, Jr..
