It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Wayne Pembelton Sr. of Shenandoah, Virginia, who passed away on March 2, 2026, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father William Lester; his granddaughter Arabella Rose Nelson; and his son Wayne Lee Shore. He is survived by: his wife Mary "Jeannie" Pembelton; his children, Ronald W. Pembelton, Jr. (Sarah) and Lisa M. Shore; and his siblings, Jeff Pembelton (Rebecca) and Lynda Addison. He is also survived by six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
