With sadness, we share the passing of Ronald Eugene Sheetz in Shenandoah, Virginia. Ronald, born on July 3, 1933, passed away on September 3, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Ronald for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob S. Sheetz and Ruth O. Evans Sheetz; his wife Iva Arlene Cook Sheetz; and his sister Mary Ola Hawkins (Boyd Douglas Hawkins) of Edinburg. He is survived by: his son Eric Sheetz of Martinsburg; his nephew Jeff Cook; his nieces, Donna Sue Hawkins and Sharon Cook Miller; and his great-nieces, Martha Stewart and Lauren Rich.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Valley Funeral Service (14116 S Middle Rd, Edinburg, VA 22824).
