He is survived by: his mother Debra Kay Fitzgerald (Bradds); his stepchildren, Hunter Morris, Ty Thornton and Ashley Adkins; his daughter Haidyn Thornton; his siblings, Jeffrey Small, Lucinda "Sissy" Small and Samantha Lambert; his stepgrandchildren, Bentley, Avery, Axel and Maverick; and his close friends, Brittany Bayne, Josh Johnson and Jeremy Tabor.
