He was predeceased by: his parents, George Foley and Helen Cromer Foley; his wife Tammy Foley; and his brother Jerry "Honky" Foley. He is survived by: his son Jason Foley (Ashley); his siblings, Tommy Foley, Larry Foley and G. Lynn Foley; and his grandson Jason Thomas Foley.
