He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Wayne and Betty Jane Simmons Demastus; his uncles, David Demastus and John Demastus; and his aunt Mitzi Halquist.
He is survived by: his aunts and uncles, Lori Ann Simmons, Janice Simmons, Carris Lam, Loretta Flemming, Marsha Ritchie and Bill Demastus. He is also survived by numerous cousins; and many close friends.
