He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Webster and Helen Webster; and his grandson Dwight Eric Tucker. He is survived by: his wife Derperdine; his sons, Anthony Hayes of Chase City, Dwight E. Tucker (Dorothy) of Red Oak and Charles, Jr. (Almanique) of Keysville, Virginia; his sisters, Marilyn Johnson of Chase City, Martha Webster of Miami and Caryl Harris of LaCrosse, Vrginia; his siblings-in-law, Marie Jenkins of Skipwith, Virginia, Robbie O. Tucker of Skipwith, Virginia, Irven Lee Tucker of Skipwith, Virginia and Harvey Jenkins of Skipwith, Virginia; his aunts, Marjorie Meigs of Chase City and Maggie Peaks (Ralph) of Irvington; and his uncle Mervin Gooch of Baltimore, Maryland. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Rocky Mount Baptist Church (2671 Rocky Mt Rd, Skipwith, VA 23968).
