It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Myles Pearson of Smithfield, Virginia, who passed away on December 31, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Washington Pearson and Vivian Lee Pearson. He is survived by: his sisters, Gayle and Cindy; his children, Sharon Pearson, David Pearson and Dylan Pearson (Carlie); and his grandchildren, Eddie, Blanca and Alice.

In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to the American Lung Association and St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Charlie's honor.
