Visitation was held on Friday, May 31st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the C. C. Carter Funeral Home (3700 Marshall Ave, Newport News, VA 23607). A celebration of life was held on Friday, May 31st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, May 31st 2024 at the Albert G. Horton Memorial Veterans Cemetery (5310 Milners Rd, Suffolk, VA 23434).
