He is survived by: his wife Debra White Smith; his sons, Richard "Rick" Smith, Michael Smith (Laura) and Kirk Smith (Whitney); his grandchildren, Xavier, Aspen, Scarlett and Kaito; and his sister Joanne Bryant.
