He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Cecil Cowger and Glendola Turnman Cowger. He is survived by : his wife Donna Marie Nicosia Cowger; his children, Katie Marie Cowger Wall (Lance) and Elliott Chad Cowger (Aislinn); his grandchildren, Eason and Addison; and his siblings, Barbara Lauret, Chris Cowger and Joey Cowger.
