He was predeceased by: his wife Laura Marie Southall McGee; and his stepdaughter Katherine Jean Wilson. He is survived by: his stepson Charles Lee Rhodes; and his children, Juanita Marie Goins and Ernest Leroy McGee, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
