He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Jenkins Warrick and Helen Frances Clark Warrick. He is survived by: his sisters, Patricia Warrick Edwards of Rutherfordton, NC and Ellen Warrick Sloane of Smithfield, Virginia.; and his nieces and nephews, Kenny Sloane Jr., Cory Sloane, Jennifer Civis and Rachel Love.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Keith's name to the Isle of Wight County Humane Society, to honor his love for Murphy and Precious.
