She was predeceased by : her parents, George Finley Saunders and Effie Mae Wrenn Saunders; her husband Diego F. Delgado, Sr.; her sons, Diego F. Delgado, Jr. and Marco A. Delgado; and her brothers, Finley "Lee" Saunders and Donald Saunders.

She is survived by : her son Stephen Delgado (Valerie); her grandchildren, Rachel Delgado and Nolan Delgado; her great grandchildren, Joslyn Delgado and Orrin Delgado; and her sisters, Catherine Latimer and Ruby Jones.
