We bid farewell to Joanne L. Cunningham of Smithfield, Virginia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 21, 2026 at the age of 79. Joanne touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, William C. Saulsbery and Jean Kellogg Saulsbery (Horton); her husband Frederick M. Cunningham, Sr.; and her daughter Katie Lee Cunningham. She is survived by: her son Frederick M. "Freddy" Cunningham Jr. (Bonta') of Smithfield, VA; her siblings, Carol Saulsbery of Conneaut Lake, Wendy Saulsbery of Conneaut Lake, Susan Saulsbery of Conneaut Lake, James Saulsbery of Jamestown, Patrick Saulsbery (Sally) of Charlotte, NC and Michael Saulsbery (Karen) of Cranberry, TWP; and her grandchildren, Joshua Bulls and Marisa Cunningham. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
