He is survived by: his sons, Joseph "Jay" Holleman Barlow, IV and Christian Robert Barlow; his former wife Amber; his father Joseph H. Barlow, Jr.; his stepmother Shelley Butler Barlow; his brothers, Michael Roman Hargrave (Penny) and John Carlton Hibbard; and his uncle Joey. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Little's Funeral Home and Cremation Service (1515 S Church St, Smithfield, VA 23430). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to a youth sports program of your choice.
