He was predeceased by: his parents, George Henry Sugermeyer and Eleanor Gruver Sugermeyer; and his sister Christine Crowe. He is survived by: his wife Martha Reese Sugermeyer; his children, Elizabeth Cara Campbell (Michael) and Andrew Rolf Sugermeyer (Evelyn); his grandchildren, Sophie and Michael; and his brother Robert Sugermeyer (Donna). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
