Ronald Jefferson touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jefferson and Alice Ballance (Newman); and his wife Carolyn Virginia Outlaw. He is survived by: his siblings, Gerald "Buddy" Ballance (Janie) and Janie Newman Ballance; his son Todd Ballance (Nicole); his granddaughters, Isolde and Eowyn; his sister-in-law Debbie Sopher-Wood (Larry Wood); and his close friends, Carolyn and Bob Chittenden.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Historic St. Luke's Church (14477 Benns Church Blvd, Smithfield, VA 23430).
