She was predeceased by: her parents, John Samuel Worley and Velma Elizabeth Worley (Jackson); and her brothers, John and Clayton Worley. She is survived by: her children, Gina Rene Mullins Ippolito (Tom) and Tommy Randell Mullins; her grandsons, Nelson, Davison, Clayton and Grayson Ippolito; her sister Linda Sue Washburn; and her friends, Gaye Rossi and Syble Bassett. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
