Theresa leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Theresa’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Oscar Maifield and Sarah Eleanor Sale Maifeld; and her siblings, Mary Eleanor Maifeld Jones, Sarah Jane Maifeld Bailey, Louis Sale Maifeld and Robert Gerald Maifeld.
She is survived by: her husband Ernest C. Powell, Sr.; her children, Faith Collet Powell of Ashburn and Ernest C. Powell, Jr. (Al) of Huntsville; her sister Virginia Grace Adams of Waverly; and her sister-in-law Joanne Powell of Bryantown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
