He is survived by: his wife Barbara Alethia Spencer; his son William Jack Spencer; his grandchildren, Nathaniel L. Tucker, Christian Angel Spencer and Adriana N. Taylor; and his siblings, Anne Voliva and Joseph Spencer (Diane). He is also survived by married the love of his life.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Faith Free Will Baptist Church (16053 Carrollton Blvd, Carrollton, VA 23314). A reception will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hampton Memorial Gardens (155 Butler Farm Rd, Hampton, VA 23666).
