Alice P. Bernard Obituary

We announce the death of Alice P. Bernard in South Boston, Virginia, who passed away on September 25, 2026, at the age of 90. Alice will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Mills and Irene Carter Mills; and her sister Sylvia Copeland. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Bernard (Beata Soyland), Kirk Bernard (Karen Bernard), Keith Bernard (Hui Su), Kathy Woods (Gary Woods) and Kimberly Lang (David Lang); and her grandchildren, Nathan, Andrea, Ashley, Bradley, Melissa, Emily, Kory, Krysten, Spencer, Aaron, Erika, Rebekah and Faith. She is also survived by her 17 great-grandchildren; and her nieces, nephews, extended family, and many dear friends.
