He is survived by: his wife Dotty M. Rice; his children, Teresa R. Matthews (David) and Randall A. Rice (Lynn); his grandchildren, Dana M. Stortz (Lance), Hannah R. Barber (Cameron) and Zachary R. Rice; his great grandchildren, Asher Barber, Aiden Stortz and Oliver Stortz; and his brother Thomas Rice.
