He is survived by: his wife Linda Tate; his children, Samuel Charles Tate (Cathy) and Charlene Tate Hendricks (Dwayne); his grandchildren, Chelsea Hendricks Wooding (Bill) and Dylan Matthew Hendricks; and his great grandchildren, Emmaleigh Belle Wooding and Weston Reese Wooding.
