He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Satterfield and Gladys Tate Satterfield. He is survived by: his cousins, L. H., Kaye Seamster, Barbara Collie, Susan Ford and Patsy Fisher; his friend Frank Cole; and his pet Red.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove Christian Church (2154 Pleasant Grove Rd, Halifax, VA 24558).
