We are sad to announce that, on December 31, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Frances Seamster Watts of South Boston, Virginia, born in Halifax, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Seamster and Maude Fallen Seamster; her husband Durell Watts Sr.; and her siblings, Lucille Buchanan, Evelyn Seamster, Wiley Seamster, Mervin Seamster and Harold Seamster.

She is survived by: her son Sam Watts (Wanda Bowen); her granddaughter Twila Wallace; her great grandchild Prince Cedric Wallace; and her caregiver Jackie Fountain. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Sentara Hospice, 2204 Wilborn Ave., South Boston, VA.
