He was predeceased by: his stepfather Jesse Roberts; and his nephew Ryan Phelps. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Peak; his children, Justin Peak (Megan) and Jillian Collier; his grandchildren, Elijah, Noah, Jameson, Georgia and Olivia; his parents, Faye Roberts and Lee Royce Peak (Shirley); his sister Jeanna Phelps (Cal); and his stepsiblings, Tony Roberts (Meredeth) and Trina Lyles (Bobby).
