He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Ann Clay; and his grandparents, Gracie Epperson, Anna Dixon, William Lewis Irby and William Dixon.
He is survived by: his father Randy Clay (Sarah); his children, Ridge Hudson of Nathalie, VA, Morgan Clay (Peter) of Alton, VA, Katelyn Moser of South Boston, VA. and Emily Clay of Alton, VA; his siblings, Tiffany Huff of Altavista, VA and Jeremy Clay (Lisa) of Nathalie, VA; and his nieces and nephews, Ethan Clay, Madison Clay, Colton Clay, Christian Huff and Cody Huff. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
