He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leonard Culley and Annie Russell Culley; his wife Diana Phillips Culley; and his daughters, Lisa Culley Newby and Lori Ann Culley.
He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl Culley Wilkerson (Jason) of Scottsburg; his grandchildren, Charles Allen Newby, Jr. (Rachel) of Scottsburg, Haley Lord (Timothy) of Red Oak, Matthew Ryan Wilkerson of Scottsburg and Gavin Wilkerson of Scottsburg; his great grandchildren, Ella and Lylah Lord; and his sisters, Sharon Church (Clyde) of Clover and Ethel Everhart of Scottsburg.
