She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis; her parents, Floyd Belair and Lydia Belair; and her sister Gertrude Spooner. She is survived by: her children, Tina (Don) of Cary, NC, Frank Virginia Beach (Carol) and Joseph of Buffalo, NY.; her grandchildren, Christopher of Virginia Beach, VA, Austin of Clarksville, VA, Katherine of Buffalo, NY and Spencer of Raleigh, NC; and her sister Dora Stahl of Scottsburg, VA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and was a second mom and a second grandma.
