She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Lewis and Emma Puckett Chaney. She is survived by: her daughters, Marilyn Guill McDaniel of Blackstone, Pamela Guill Appel (Jim) of Port Charlotte, FLA. and Sharon Hope Guill Hinds (Bill) of Longs, SC.; her grandchildren, Penny P. Shea (Brian), Laurie Appel Davis (Greg), Richard H. McDaniel (Vickie), Nicholas J. Haynes, Emily K. Haynes (Jason) and Ryan G. McDaniel; her brother James Barksdale Chaney; and her spouse O. P. "Dick" Guill, Jr.. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren, and a host of great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
