Williams; his son David Ray Williams (Ashley) of Irmo, SC; his grandchildren, Ava and Caleb Williams; his brother George Lester Williams (Annette) of North Chesterfield; his sister-in-law Shirley Toombs Wood; his niece Amy W. Gregory (Timothy); and his nephew Christopher George Williams of North Chesterfield.
