He was predeceased by: his parents, Otho Long and Lucille Long; his wife Rubye Seago Long; and his son John W. Long. He is survived by: his husband Dick. He is also survived by four grandchildren; a daughter-in-law; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Legacy Endowment Fund of the Southampton Baptist Church, in care of Woodland Heights Baptist Church, 611 West 31st.
