He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Stotlar and Dora Tennant Stotlar; and his siblings, Robert Stotlar, Lynda May Reed, Joanne Ettingen, Clair Stotlar and Stanley Stotlar.
He is survived by: his wife Judith H. Stotlar; his children, Sara Brown (Russell) of Glen Burnie, MD and Christopher Allen Stotlar (Joy) of Round Hill, VA; and his brother James Stotlar (Suzanne). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
