It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Brantley Kemp of South Hill, Virginia, who passed away on June 21, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Heather Kemp. He is survived by: his wife Judy C. Kemp of South Hill; his daughter Holly Smith of South Hill; his grandchildren, Noah O'Quinn, Wyatt O'Quinn, Allyson Allgood and Collin Smith; his great grandchild Aaliyah Duncan; and his brothers, Ron Kemp of Midlothian and Martin Kemp of Onancock.
