He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Graham H. Powers, Sr. and Ruth Banks Powers; his wife Carole Moter Powers; his children, Dr. Graham H. Powers of South Hill, Dr. David Carl Powers (Jennifer) of South Hill and Leavelle Powers Rapp (George) of Dinwiddie; and his grandchildren, Graham H., Robert Weiss, Alyxandra Paige, David Colter, Camden Avery, Madeline Elaine, Isabella Blaire Powers, George Miles, Hannah Lindsey and Elizabeth Carole Rapp.
