He is survived by: his significant other Jeanne Holmes; his children, Kevin King, Sr. (Tiaesha) and MaSheara King of South Hill, Virginia; his grandchildren, Alexis, Kevin, Jr., Jaylen and Kyree; his siblings, Edna Wesley (Robert) of Victoria, Bernita Harris of Manassas, Virginia, Roger King (Vanessa) of Henrico and Carlton King of South Hill, Virginia; his aunts and uncles, Mable Powell (Rodger), Bessie Chisolm, Ida Wingfield, Mattie Corbin, Robinette Echols (David), Ethel Brown, Clifton Lambert and Ernest Lambert (Connie); and his siblings-in-law, Aina Helen Holmes, Corlis Alfreda Holmes and Richard Holmes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Chapel of Oris P. Jones Funeral Establishment (301 W Atlantic St, South Hill, VA 23970). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Hope Baptist Church (255 Union Mill Rd, La Crosse, VA 23970).
