He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Connell and Blanche Connell; and his siblings, Carolyn Turner Olsen and Kenneth R. Connell. He is survived by: his wife Betty A. Allgood of South Hill; his children, Lee Connell of Freeman and Jennifer Webb (Robert) of Powhatan; his sister Millicent Caldwell of South Hill; and his granddaughters, Rachel Webb and Brittany Webb. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
