She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald V. Harrell; her parents, Ernest Shaffer and Vanzie Shaffer; her son Ronald V. Harrell Jr.; and her granddaughter Michelle Moseley.
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy Moseley (Mark); her granddaughters, Tonya (Chris) and Crystal; and her sister Barbara Harrell (Bobby). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Woody Funeral Home-Atlee (9271 Shady Grove Rd, Mechanicsville, VA 23116). A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Signal Hill Memorial Park (12360 Hanover Courthouse Rd, Hanover, VA 23069).
