She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harrison Paulette and Sallie Lou Holmes Paulette; her siblings, Aubrey Paulette, Dr. W. D. Paulette and Emilye Estelle Paulette Lumpkin; her husband John Edward Taylor; and her son Thomas Goode Taylor.
She is survived by: her sons, John Harrison Taylor and Stuart Edward Taylor (Carmen Gallion Taylor) of South Hill; her grandchildren, Anne Massie Taylor, Gallion Emilye Taylor Hudgins (William Tucker Hudgins, Jr.) and Jackson Edward Taylor; her great grandchild William Tucker Hudgins, III; her nieces, Mary Jane Elkins, Roberta Paulette Payne, Pat Bullard and Pam Taylor; and her nephew William Aubrey Paulette.
