“Randy is a great soul man. I always cherished our gatherings at William and Mary, especially at our Chi Phi Tau fraternity events. On campus and off campus, it didn't matter where, Randy was a most welcome and great brother to see every time including his penchant for signature biker gear, metal outfits, capes, etc. We shared common passions in areas like music and history as well as our fraternal brothers and the local scene. Randy is dearly missed and may God always and forever bless him.”
