He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Mazzocchi and Loreta Mazzocchi; and his brother Dr. Philip Mazzocchi. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Tanner Mazzocchi of Cary; his children, Lee Mazzocchi of Concord, NC, Martha Gallagher (Steven) of Chesapeake, VA and Betsy McCurry (Brian) of Germantown, TN; his grandchildren, Tanner, Aiden Mazzocchi, Jacob, Taylor, Cole Rosebrough, Ben, Bailey and Brooke McCurry; his sister-in-law Pam; and his nephews, David, Jay and Peter Mazzocchi.
