She is survived by: her children, Steven Ratcliff (Mary) of South Hill and Michelle Olivas of Long Beach, California; her grandchildren, Ashley Mayo, Allie Coder, Kyle Coder, Jamie Martin, Jessica Irving, Austin Ratcliff and Brandon Ratcliff; and her great grandchildren, Natalia Mayo, Viviana May, Sophia Coder, Theodore Irving, Elizabeth Irving, Kelley Ratcliff and Casen Ratcliff.
A funeral Mass was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 at 8:00 AM at the Catholic Church of the Good Shepherd (1664 N Mecklenburg Ave, South Hill, VA 23970).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Lucy's name may be made to the charity of your choice.
