He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harrell and Helen Harrell; and his brothers, John and Roy Harrell. He is survived by: his close friend Bobbie Brooks; his children, Shelley Clark (Toney), Brad Harrell (Shawna) and Rob Harrell (Janice); his grandchildren, Constance Walker-Clark and Joshua Harrell; and his siblings, Peggy Perrin, Brenda Hilliker (Lynn), Earl Harrell (Sharon) and Larry Harrell (Janie). He is also survived by stepdaughter, several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
