He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Kim Massenburg, Lolita Smith and Milton Chandler, Jr. (Rebekah); his grandchildren, Torrence, Omar Massenburg, Gerald Briggs, Berkeley, Felicity Chandler and Mason Hartje; his sisters, Juanita Deloatch (James) of Washington, DC, Ann Giles (Joseph) of North Dinwiddie and Sandra Tucker of Dinwiddie; his stepsister Martha Schott of South Chesterfield; his brothers, Joseph Candler (Carolyn) of South Chesterfield, Clarence and Billy Lee of Petersburg; his sister-in-law Daisy Chandler; his great grandchildren, Jaiyah Massenburg and Trinity Young; and his friends, Buddies, Rihcard Haskins, Rodney Jackson, Bruce Richardson, Hilda Daley, Dorothy Mason, Bishop Virginia Grahm and Raymond Crockett.
