He was predeceased by: his father Robert Lewis Parker; and his daughter Stephanie Parker. He is survived by: his wife Anna Marie Whitefield; his mother Margaret Loving Parker Tignor; and his children, Edward Parker, Patricia Ellis (Andrew) and Kelli Stead (Joseph). He is also survived by grandchildren; and his brother.
